The folks here were right who told me it was her mailo program. She uses
Pegasus and with a new computer had not added her name exactly as it was
subscribed so the list didn't recognize her "new" address and her own
system didn't recognize her "old address.  She now has the old settings
and it seems to be working.  I don't understand all this so hope I am
clear.
