Hi,

I have 2 lists, one with L-Soft and one on a Majordomo. The later
server has crashed and I've been unable to contact my provider to
find out what's happened. They've had a tremendous growth in the
number of lists on their server and have recently increased their
fees to $5 per month. Now they've crashed. My 118 subscribers are all
wondering what's going on. :(

Is this common? Is it just a case of 'you get what you paid for'?
