Right.  Yes, HTML is just text, but can be quite long infuriating
text for those not equipped for it.

I am a listowner.  I want ALL of my subsribers to be able to make
use of the lists and, as my lists are international with many working
on minimal systems, that means plain vanilla ASCII text.   Douglas
