Well there is the obvious site:  http://www.lsoft.com makers of the world
famous (and now 10 years old!) LISTSERV(tm) program.  They also provide
commercial and non-commercial (i.e. 'hobby') list hosting services for
very reasonable prices.  Check them out.  Their low-cost EASE-HOME
service is a 'steal'.
