   Correction.  My fault.  Default-Options= Editor IS a valid header
argument.  Any subscribers to the list which have had Editor set by
default or the list owner will NOT fall under the restrictions of the
per-user posting limits of the Daily-Threshold= keyword.

   Sorry for the confusion and I hope this clears things up.
