I have a two questions.
 
     First, I'm having troubles storing files in my filelist.  My list
 is set up at UBVM.  The directions Jim G. sent me for some reason don't
 work:
      Steps
         1.  get filelist adore-l (CTL   pw=xxxxxxx
         2.  edit adore-l filelist:
 
             put adore-l filelist listserv pw=xxxxxx
                 adore-l file1 adore-l pw=xxxx . . . . . info on adore-l
 
         3.  This command gets rejected;  Put request rejected and
             no such command as 'adore-l'
 
 
      Second, I have been getting some mail on the list from a person who
isn't subscribed....unless he uses tha CONCEAL command.  Anyway, is it possible
for non-subscribers to send messages; and if so I do I change this?
