Hi Bartek, is TESTOWA_LISTA_MEJLINGOWA the list name that you are 
trying to post to? If so, it sounds like you have some other program  
than SMTPL listening in on port 25. Is there an SMTP server on the 
PAYRANKINGS.COM server? If so, special setup is needed and you should 
follow up on the LSTSRV-L list, which is for LISTSERV administrators, 
not on the LSTOWN-L list, which is for list owners, and most people 
here are not involved in setting up the server itself, just in the 
operation of the lists.
