SJU noted horrible (6 day) backlogs for YAHOO.com back around September
15th and has been running with additional threads (permitted mail
connections) to compensate.  I'm not seeing a problem today, but I haven't
checked since last week.  Based on only what I've noticed, they could have
started antagonizing the Probe Gods before 09/09.
