I'd like to request that an option be created for the QUERY command which
would make that command's output show only names and addresses, to appear
on single lines.  The difference between this and SCAN would be that SCAN
cannot use a WITH option.  One of the most valuable uses of WITH would be
to output ready-to-use addresses that could be used for a DELETE or a mail
DIST job.  The current multi-line output of QUERY would require much
editing before being usable for such jobs.
