Andrew,

   You can set the digest frequency by using the Digest= keyword in
your header.  Proper syntax is found in Appendix B of the ListOwners
manual for 1.8c, but here are some examples.

   To set a daily digest which will post afterr XX lines:

      * Digest= Yes,Same,Daily,,Size(XX)

   To use this keyword your list must be archived which means you
must have the Notebook= keyword set in your header.  Default is daily
digests (no size limit).
