Indeed it isn't implemented.

No, but  in the next version  you'll be able to  define sub-catalogs, and
then it  will work as expected.  The code is already  written and tested,
and will soon be available for beta testing.

I think it works the same way on  VM, unless the FAC is 'OWN' (as opposed
to 'OWNER(listname)'). Currently  'OWN' only works under VM,  but when it
is added to NT the list password will be accepted.
