You need the LISTSERV maintainer to create a FILELIST for your list (if
one does not already exist).  Then you can PUT a file called GRANOLA
FAREWELL on the list and LISTSERV will do the rest.  For more information
about using FILELISTs send LISTSERV@UBVM (or ubvm.cc.buffalo.edu) the
command GET LSVOWNER PACKAGE LSVOWNER
