Does youl list have a listname.mailtpl?

If so, add the lines:

    >>> POST_EDITOR Message sent to user when posting is forwarded to editor
    .qq

to it.  If you don't have one, create one with these 2 lines in it.  To
create, send to listserv:

   put listname-l.mailtpl pw=your_password.
   >>> POST_EDITOR Message sent to user when posting is forwarded to editor
   .qq

Make sure there is no signature or ad following the .qq.
