        I could tell that he was back online, but who is this idiot
judge?  Could we shut down the site?  Hm, intresting ideas....  After
seeing 10 messages in my mailbox after a short (but oh so plesant),
period of no more than 3 messages per day, I knew CyberPromo was back
online....
