Oh, right, the connection with Renewal is only the NORENEW subscriber
setting. I've been keeping everyone else on NORENEW while I test various
techniques on multiple subscriptions of my own,  with ungodly short timing
(2 days each for passive probing and for renewal cycles).

I'm deleting the Renewal= keyword on my larger list, setting Auto-Delete=
Probe(30), and setting all subscribers to RENEW. I have a smaller list I can
use to continue experiments with Renewal= settings, with myself as guinea
pig again.
