I believe it should be [log in to unmask] which is a valid Internet
address. The form user@DOMAIN ancient BITNET became (often) VM.UNIV.EDU
the left of the @ should stay the same (if the user kept the same id of
course ;-) ...
 
For ex.: BROWN.BITNET became BROWNVM.BROWN.EDU
