Listowners of course know everything about every email system.
But sometimes, well, I don't know how to do exactly that in that
mail system, I've never used it and don't want to.  So, a question
from a subscriber:  how to automatically trash items from certain
list "over-posters" using

  Microsoft Outlook CWS, Build 9.0.2416 (9.0.2911.0)

You, of course, are not that either, but perhaps one or two of you
will immediately know the answer without looking it up.  So, what
this guy wants to do is have an automatic system, something already
part of his MS Outlook system, he just needs to know how to implement it,
set the configuration so it will work, which will automatically delete,
or at least reroute to some file/folder so he'll never have to know of
them, email from specific people, like, say, [log in to unmask]

Does this MS Outlook which he is using have anything of the sort?
If it does, what are the step by step instructions for invoking it?

Anyone out there with a spare moment who just happens to know the answer?
