I have NOTIFY=YES so I do get notified everytime someone subscribes.

I am familiar with programming, I just don't want to do it if I can help
it.
So, I guess by this response you are saying I will not be able to get
listserv to do
this. And I will have to get yet another mailing program in order to do it.
