Such a feature really requires a standard format for bounce messages so that
LISTSERV can handle bounces for different reasons appropriately.  L-Mail
has its own machine-processable format for bounce messages, which LISTSERV
understands and will act on.  There's also an IETF working group working
on an Internet standard for bounce messages, deleivery notifications, etc.
