You can set "Spam Delay" to zero minutes. However, Listserv is doing it's
job by checking "suspicious" mail before processing it. I would be more
interest in finding out why that person's mail looks suspicious to Listserv and
try to correct that.
In the headers, my guess is the difference in addresses of the Sender vs
From.
