        Depending on your needs, NT knowledge may not be important, most
of Listserv is setup so that the operating system is almost entirely
invisable, there are certian features that are avalable, or not depending
on the platform, but you just have to learn to get around not having those
tools avalable to you.
        If  NT is a must, you are looking for a system admin knowledgeable
in listserv more than a listserv admin knowledgeable in NT...
