The suffix PROBE over-rides the renewal REQUEST.  If the PROBE bounces,
then daily continual PROBEs occur for the DELAY period, unless the PROBEE
CONFIRMs in order to stop the re-PROBEing.  listname MAILTPL contains PROBE
and re-PROBE texts.
