There is a workaround using Eudora (Pro 3.05). Set Eudora to "put attachments in body of message" and send the logfile, edited using a text editor, as an attachment. Eudora will incorporate the text attachment into the message body and send the email, regardless of its size. Alternatively, use Eudora's MAPI capablility to send from a MAPI-compliant editor, directly.

A good, simple editor for Windows 95/NT is Rogsoft Notepad+ for Windows 95/NT (available at http://lelystad.flnet.nl/~0meurs01), which allows editing of unlimited size text files, replacing the native Notepad.
