I doubt there are that many on computers that cannot run at least Windows
3.1, though I admit I don't have statistics at hand to back up my statement.

My advertising coordinator is site-impaired, and uses special software to
enlarge the content of the screen -- paid for by selling bottom banners on
our lists! She absolutely loves HTML pages and in fact has built her own
web site at <http://www.cybervpm.com>.

Well, we've beaten this horse to death and I think it was worthwhile -- my
appreciation for the spirited debate. I now return you to your
regularly-scheduled program of list headers and such. (Admit it, this was
much more fun!)
