Some weeks ago, one of my user presented me with this problem: Each and
every post he makes through the newsgroup appears correctly on the list
but is also bounced to him as "already processed" ...

I've asked advice here but I was missing complete headers. Now I got
them. I've looked at the mail headers but was not able to find the
cause. Maybe some of you can find something.

One question: Is the email address of usenet mail standard
[log in to unmask] ? or it is a mail alias they put in
locally ?

In the OK post there is a
>Comments: To: [log in to unmask]
Like if it was the original To: picked up

In the reject there is also:
> To: [log in to unmask]
> Path: usenet
> Newsgroups: bit.listserv.blues-l
> NNTP-Posting-Host: ereweb.ere.fp.exxon.com

Can I induce from that that the first message got right to Brown as
"usenet" mail but the the 2nd, thus rejected, post was processed like a
News article, a little like "Re:Both" (for mail & news) in some mailers
like Netscape Gold ?

Or can it be related to the "peered" uunet relay ?

Thanks and Happy New Year to all ...
