From what I can tell from reading the LISTOWNR MEMO, you as a
sender to the -REQUEST address are treated no differently
regardless if you are also an owner.  That being said, the entire
message can be supressed from being sent to any poster to the
-REQUEST address.  You would need to create a file within the
filelist of 'listname MAILTPL' and in that file have the text:
