One of our lists refuses to "get" _any_ of its LOG files on the grounds
that the file is not yet available. eg:

   tell listserv cms listf * log90* b
   Ready; T=0.05/0.06 15:58:57
   * ALTLEARN LOG9009  B1
   * ALTLEARN LOG9010  B1
   * ALTLEARN LOG9011  B1
   * ALTLEARN LOG9012  B1
   * GRADPSY  LOG9009  B1
   * GRADPSY  LOG9010  B1
   * GRADPSY  LOG9011  B1
   * GRADPSY  LOG9012  B1
   * Return code 0 from LISTF

   tell listserv get gradpsy log9009
   Ready; T=0.05/0.06 15:59:06
   PUN FILE 2981 FROM LISTSERV COPY 001 NOHOLD
   * File "GRADPSY LOG9009" has been sent to you in Netdata format.

   tell listserv get altlearn log9009
   Ready; T=0.06/0.07 15:59:21
   * File "ALTLEARN LOG9009" is not yet available.

I've logged LISTSERV off and on, done a LDBASE "s * in ALTLEARN" with
no obvious errors, checked the filelist, invoked various incantations
in an attempt to exorcise evil demons, made sure the list isn't held,
the directory isn't locked, and all the routine stuff. We had a run
away machine use up all our spool numbers yesterday causing widespread
obscure carnage so I may be prejudiced against the obvious.
                                      Thanks for the time -Kary.
