Ya, extract the nomail users details and add them to a temporary new mailing
list, (e.g nomail-l) to which you can send any message you want.. Don't overdo
it though, since nomail-l users will set themselves to nomail if you do :-)

p.s: Unless this is the list default, I would think people had to actively set
themselves to nomail, so in a sense, there is not much point to tell them what
they already know, is there ?
