This would happen if you have a  file called CUAC-TU WELCOME and you then
try to store a filelist that does NOT reference this file any longer, but
then  you haven't  deleted the  file either.  This would  leave the  file
orphaned, not  accessible to  anyone but taking  up disk  space. LISTSERV
could delete  it of course  but the most likely  cause is a  finger check
rather than an explicit desire to  implicitly delete the file :-) So, you
get this message instead.
