Though LISTSERV(R) is not bullet-proof, you're having a difficulty with
one particular userid (and their mail system).  This userid is best
tracked down by observing these abstracted headers:

As reported previously herein, look for userids@

globecomm.net
iname.net

and possibly

[log in to unmask]

Take appropriate action by NOT distributing individual emails (though
possibly SETing them to DIGEST or INDEX, or even DELETE) the offending
subscriber.
