I just go another round of repeats, some for the third time.  Some of those
third time duplicates posts I had to approve for distribution originally but
don't ask for approval again.

Setting the offender to nomail has had no effect.  Probably since the posts
are being duplicated from May 6.  Adding confirm to a Send= Editor,Hold
won't do anything since the posts that have already been approved don't come
back for approval again.
