TEXT/PLAIN (70 lines)
Dear Owners,

Have been running two lists out of the same account for a couple of
years. ICWP-L and CREATE-L are both housed in an account at buffalostate.edu
All of a sudden, beginning three weeks ago,[log in to unmask]
can not get messages to me regarding only one of the lists. Jim Gerland was
good enough to forward one of the bounced messages to his listserv, and it is
below. All service was interrupted this past week at buff. state, but this is
different problem and has been going on longer. We may have to move the list
to a new account, but what if the problem goes with the list? Note that reason
stated is that file is locked by another user--what file? Jim says it is not a
problem at his listserv, but in my account, but why is one list affected only?
Could a subscriber to that list have done this somehow? we had one person leave
in anger this month.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at
[log in to unmask]

Thank you!

Sincerely,
Diane Taber-Markiewicz
