Unless the list owner really does not like having a file sent through
their list, or the file was something dangerous or illegal, there isn't
necessarily anything that will happen.

The list owner should choose what is suitable for their list and advise
the subscribers appropriately.

If files are not wanted on the list, make the header update Larry Finch
suggested - in the future LISTSERV will discard any attachments that
arrive for the list then distribute the rest of the message as usual.
There will be no notification that an attachment was present and
discarded, the message simply goes out to the list without it.
