Hi,

This is my first post to this list and I hope someone can help me.

Basically I want someone to be able to view every list achive that we have
(bearing in mind that some lists are private or have service area's etc) .
The only problem is is that I do not want them to be able to post just read.

Does anyone know how i can do this?  Can i restrict a list owner to
read-only access rights?

Any help is most appreciated.
