Alas, no there is not.

QUERY listname FOR user@old_address
QUIET DELETE listname user@old_address
QUIET ADD listname user@new_address Full Name
SET listname option1,option2 FOR user@new_address

I find most people run with the default options unless they are set for
digest, etc. so changing the options is not often necessary.
