Hi all,

One of our subscribers is having trouble using the web interface for
managing his subscription options.  Here is what he reports:

I thought that the problem might be that his connection was interrupted and
re-established, changing the IP# of his computer, so (trying to cover all
bases that I could imagine) I suggested that he should quit his browser,
launch it again, reload the login page, and try again.  He says that he
still gets the same response.

He also says that his connection is:

>Home.com is the Comcast @Home Network, a cable-modem hookup.
>With this, I am *always* connected to the Net when my computer is on, as long
>as the cable is working.

Any thoughts on why he should be having this problem?
