If you try to put the output of a REVIEW back to LISTSERV, you'll get
an error.  REVIEW doesn't send you the user options that are in columns
to the right of column 80.  LISTSERV recognizes the REVIEW format and
rejects it.
 
Now on the other hand, I suppose you could take the list header keywords
section off of a review and PUT that (to change the keywords only)--but
I wouldn't recommend it.  GET and PUT are the way to do this.
