In forthcoming (soonly!) LISTSERV 1.8e, Language=NOHTML will totally block
such posts (HTML only, no plain-text), returning them to the sender with a
(configurable) rejection message.  LISTSERV does not attempt to 'convert' HTML
to plain text.
