the mail headers (reading from bottom to top) clearly show the mail left
LISTSERV, was delivered to somewhere in .ZA, bounced around a bit, and has come
back to LISTSERV.  Typically this is a mail configuration error on the remote
end.  I usually just delete such user addresses.  Chances that they are actually
receiving the list mail anyway are slim to none.
