My List (under v1.8c Listserv) sends out weekly digests each Friday.  As far
as I can figure out, these seem to go out at about 1 minute past midnight.
However, is there any way to alter the time of day which mail gets sent for a
WEEKLY digest (I know this can be done for a daily digest)
