You may know this, but there is a document called LISTSERV TIPS stored
on listserv@bitnic authored originally by Lisa Covi, formerly of the
Bitnic.  Feel free to GET it.  If you're feeling industrious, update it
with some info from the LSTOWN-L discussions.  Here's a LDBASE search
