How about a NOSPAM option that a list owner could set for a
subscriber?  It would permit those of us with netnews gateways
to lists to turn off spam detection for the gateway address.
It's better than what some of us are doing now, which is to
turn off spam detection completely for lists gatewayed to
netnews.
