I've recently had a few Out-of-Office email replies
coming back to my unmoderated list.

I'm curious how other listowners handle this problem.

LSOFT provides the following suggestions:
-----------------------------------------------------
 - remind people not to use OOO messages at all
 - remind people to set themselves NOMAIL when leaving
 - SET them to NOMAIL when their OOO message goes to
   the list
 - DELETE them from the list when their OOO message
   goes to the list

You may want to ask on LSTOWN-L for other opinons.
