I have two owners on my lists, and the other owner is going to be leaving
for a couple weeks and I'd like to be able to turn his errors off without
removing him.  Can that be done?
 
Also, in the near future, we are going to be dividing the duties on the
lists.  I will be dealing with new users, while the other owner is going
to deal with exclusively the error messages and things that go "bounce"
in the night.  Is there a way to devide the duties so that, for example,
I don't have to get the error messages?  I could filter them locally, but
I figured if I could do it as a listoption, I'd save the bandwidth.
