Check out http://www.lsoft.com.  If the list owners manuals ther don't
have anything, then just take a look at the DEFAULT MAILTPL file.  It'
fairly easy to figure out just by looking at that file.  My WWW
templates are pretty highly customized.  You're welcome to get
WWW_ARCHIVE MAILTPL from my server at [log in to unmask], if
you'd like.
