I don't think you need to be too concerned about that individual.  He
hasn't shown enough sense to subscribe to any of the lists, and he's
been reported to [log in to unmask] by several people (including me) so
hopefully his account may be shut off soon.

That said, the way to lock out a particular address is:
* Filter = Also, [log in to unmask]
