It appears McAfee (Network Associates) has a program that will filter
mailing lists, or perhaps any incoming mail before it is sent to the servers.
I received this messages from our listserver hosted by a university:

Network Associates WebShield SMTP V4.5 on corp03smtp02 intercepted a mail from
<address> which caused the Content Filter Anna Kournikova to be triggered.

Network Associates WebShield SMTP V4.5 on chccsmtpgw3 intercepted a mail from
<[log in to unmask]> which caused the Content Filter On the Fly 3
to
be triggered.
