Is there a document about list management and administration
 
that is a guide for new owners,
that discusses pitfalls and offers advisories,
has some draft netiquettes,
discusses how owners handle bounces, bad addresses,
whether owners follow up on unsubscribes,
how to deal with abuses (like subscribing, posting unrelated
    material, and immediately unsubscribing)
how lists are advertised, grown.
 
a how-to document that covers mostly the non-technical
aspects?
