Could someone tell me how to interpret the appended error msg?
    I'm pretty sure the invalid user is not at UMICH.  I've started
getting a lot of these.  How do I find out the userid to delete
them?
    Is this another case of the From/To mixup?  If so, who do I
contact to get it straightened out?
