I have a situation where LISTSERV is up and running (as far as I know) but
it is not sending any messages out.  We use PMDF as our mailer and all
other mail is being sent out and returned.  Where could I possibly look to
find out what is going on?  LISTSERV does allow me to edit headers and
create nes lists but nothing is getting sent back to me.  I need some
ideas???
